By the end of the session, you’ll be able to describe
The session is based around the premise that if you want to make the most of yourself and present the best version of yourself at work and at home, and be who you are/want to be, it’s likely that to do this you’ll need to:
FEEL OKAY ABOUT AND COMFORTABLE WITH YOURSELF AND OTHERS
BE ABLE TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS
This is where emotional intelligence, and this course, comes in.
You’ll take away an understanding of how emotional intelligence provides the basis for you to achieve your goals; be an effective operator; learn from others; encourage resilience when life is difficult; reach your potential; persuade and influence others to your mutual benefit; live a value-driven life; have positive personal impact, in terms of how others feel having come into contact with you; feel good about yourself, and make others feel good; come across how you want to come across; leave a positive and beneficial imprint in your personal and professional lives; encourage emotional intelligence in those you come into contact with.
This is a participative session, with lots of exercises and opportunities to reflect on, practice and learn how to be emotionally intelligent.
